Terms & Condition:-
a. Special rates for domestic Business market but can’t be used for Wedding / Events / MICE.
b. The above rates are wholesale FIT/GIT business rates applicable only to Special Client / Tour Operators for Leisure Brochure programs.
c. The special rates as quoted to you cannot be displayed on the Internet, electronic media or any other media which is open to general public and has unrestricted viewer ship.

2. Cancellation Policy
a. FIT Business – All cancellations received less than 7 days prior to arrival will attract retention charges of 1 night.
b. GIT Business – All booking confirmation to be received 45 days prior to arrival. The booking will be released only if the voucher is not received 45 days prior to the date of the arrival. All cancellations received less than 30 days prior to arrival will attract retention charges of 1 night.

3. Pre-Payment Policy
a. Pre-payment service vouchers must be received at the time of booking for the confirmation. (No later than 45 days prior to the arrival date).

b. All payments have to be settled Arrival at the hotel.
c. However, should a credit arrangement exist between our 2 companies, the bills have to be cleared within 15 days of receipt of bills. If payment is not cleared within 30 days than interest @ 18% will be charged. After the expiry of 45 days time, if the payments are still not cleared than the special rates offered will be withdrawn and the rack rates will be charged for your business which is solely your responsibility.

4. Allocation/Confirmation/Release Policy
a. Based on the availability status, the rooms will be allocated for the bookings received.
b. Confirmation will be provided only after receipt of pre-payment / service voucher, Naming List and other requested details.
c. Non-Receipt of pre-payment / service voucher or Naming list plus any other requested details within the specified time frame i.e. 45 days for GIT business & 7 days for FIT business, will not able to guarantee the original number of rooms confirmed. Or CT Hotels and Resorts can even release the accommodation without any prior notification to the client/agent.

5. Hotel liability :
a. In case of any Unavoidable Circumstances or any reasons due to which Hotel is unable to accommodate confirm booking, We will try to provide accommodation in similar category hotel or will compensate with 15% on and above, the contracted Tariff for the number of Rooms operating on the said dates.
