Haiti Communitere’s guest payment policy is as follows:
25% of the reservation is due at the time of booking;
The deposit will go towards the guest’s final balance;
Final payment is due at check-in;
Your reservation is not confirmed until the deposit is received;
All secured reservations are subject to our cancellation policy; and
We accept cash, credit/debit cards.

Cancellation Policy:
The deposit is non-refundable.

If you cancel:
More than 72 hours prior to arrival, you will receive a full refund of the remaining amount (except deposit). If you have not paid the full amount, you will not be charged.
Between 24 and 72 hours prior to arrival, 50% of the price of the room will be charged. If you have paid, 50% of the cost of the room will be refunded.
Less than 24 hours prior to arrival, 100% of the price of the room will be charged.
No-shows will be charged 100% of the price of the room.
