Cancellation of booking is to be notified in writing at least 14 days for group booking and 07 days for FIT bookings prior to guest’s arrival, otherwise a cancellation fee equivalent to one night charge based on contract rate will be applicable for late cancellation.
A no-show will be charge to the first night equivalent to the contract rate on the room(s) reserved should the client or group fail to arrive without prior cancellation.
