Deposit Policy
A 20% non-refundable deposit is required 90days prior to guarantee the reservation, balance due no later than 30days before arrival.
Cancellation policy.
No cancellation charges over the non-refundable deposit paid will be raised if part or all of the reservation is cancelled 31 days prior to arrival date.
30-20 days prior to arrival = 25% of the total reservation value.
19-15 days prior to arrival = 50% of the total reservation value.
14-07 days prior to arrival = 75% of the total reservation value.
7-0 days prior to arrival = 100% of the total reservation value.
Child Policy
Children of all ages are welcome. Children of 12years and under sharing a room with their parents are accommodated free of charge and will only pay for breakfast.
Meals: 3 years and under - free.
4-11years - 50% of adult’s rate.
+12yrs - 100%
